How Call Scout handles your work and data

These policies explain the terms for using Call Scout, the information we process, and the safeguards we apply. They are effective July 17, 2026.

Terms

Use Call Scout only for lawful sales practice and only with call material you are authorized to upload. You retain ownership of your transcripts, recordings, and practice content. You may not use the service to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel before the next billing period to prevent a future charge. Call Scout is a practice aid, not a guarantee of sales performance, and you remain responsible for decisions made in live customer conversations.

Privacy

Call Scout processes account details, uploaded transcripts or audio, generated practice material, and product usage needed to provide the service. We use this information to authenticate users, process calls, deliver drills, support teams, secure accounts, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate Call Scout or when required by law. Account owners can request access, correction, export, or deletion of their personal information by contacting Call Scout support.

Security

Call Scout uses encrypted transport, authenticated access, scoped authorization, and managed infrastructure to protect customer data. Access to production systems is limited to the people and providers required to operate and support the service.

No online service can eliminate every risk. If you believe you found a vulnerability or unauthorized access, report it promptly through the support channel associated with your Call Scout account.
